What happens when you come in

Bring the device to the counter
No appointment needed. If you'd rather book a time, you can — but walk-ins are the norm.

A technician looks at it with you there
We tell you what's wrong and what it costs before any work starts. If we can't fix it, we say so.

Most repairs are done the same day
Screens, batteries and charge ports are usually same-day. Anything longer, we tell you up front.

You collect it and we stand behind it
A screen repair carries a one-year warranty on the work and the part; every other repair carries 90 days.
