Win the Pot

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor. The Orada Pot Giveaway is run by Orada LLC, doing business as Orada Tech Repair, 82 Bethany Rd, Ste 3B, Hazlet, NJ 07730 ("we").
2. Who can enter. Legal residents of New Jersey who are 18 or older when they enter. Our employees, contractors and referral partners, and their immediate families and households, cannot enter or win.
3. When. Entries are accepted from 12:00 AM Eastern Time on October 19, 2026. The giveaway ends as soon as the pot reaches $500, or at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on December 31, 2026 if it has not reached $500 by then, whichever comes first. We announce the end on Instagram and on this page. Entries made outside these times do not count.
4. How to enter.
   • Instagram: follow @oradatech, like the giveaway post, and comment tagging a friend. Each comment that tags a different real person earns 1 entry, up to 10 entries. Sharing the giveaway post to your Instagram story and tagging @oradatech earns 5 bonus entries, once per person; your story must be visible to us.
   • Facebook: like the giveaway post on our Facebook page and comment on it: 1 entry.
   • In person: visit the shop during business hours and ask to be entered: 1 entry per person. A customer who enrolls in a Covrd protection plan with us during the giveaway is entered this way automatically; this is the same single entry, not an extra one.
Entries made with fake or multiple accounts, automated tools, or tags of accounts that are not real people are void. Each person may use one Instagram account and one Facebook account.
5. The prize. One cash prize equal to the pot when the giveaway ends. The pot starts at $50 and grows by $5 for each Covrd protection plan enrolled through Orada Tech Repair during the giveaway, up to $500; it ends at $500, or at whatever it holds on December 31, 2026 if it has not filled. Its value is between $50 and $500. The current amount is shown on this page and in our posts. The prize cannot be transferred, and the winner is responsible for any taxes on it.
6. The drawing. After the giveaway ends, we announce the date of the drawing on Instagram and on this page. It takes place within 14 days of the end: we draw one winner at random from all eligible entries, live on Instagram. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
7. Claiming the prize. We contact the winner by replying to their comment or by direct message from our official @oradatech account. The winner must answer within 48 hours and pick up the prize in person at 82 Bethany Rd, Ste 3B, Hazlet, NJ 07730 within 7 days, showing a photo ID with a New Jersey address that proves they are 18 or older. If the winner does not answer in time, cannot be verified, or does not qualify, we draw another winner.
8. Watch out for scams. We will never ask you to pay anything, give card or bank details, or click a link to claim a prize. Messages come only from @oradatech. Report any other account that says you won.
9. Publicity. With the winner's permission, we may share their first name and a photo of them picking up the prize.
10. Your information. What you share to enter is used only to run this giveaway and contact the winner.
11. Instagram and Facebook. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta. By entering, you release Instagram, Facebook and Meta from any responsibility for it.
12. General. We may disqualify anyone who breaks these rules or tampers with the giveaway, and may change or cancel it if something outside our control stops it from running fairly. New Jersey law applies. Where these rules and a post disagree, these rules apply.
13. Winner's name. For the winner's first name and town, message @oradatech or call (856) 805-2062 after the drawing.
